Our freestanding columns are impact resistant and designed for everyday residential and commercial applications.
We are leading the way in developing pre-fabricated engineered columns and monuments. Our freestanding columns are realistic looking and function like masonry products. These columns offer quality, realism and ease of installation. They can be installed more cost effectively the masonry columns and in a more time efficient manner, by not having to lay up individual blocks and stone facing.
We currently offer 12 different columns, as well as multiple cap options. We are in the process of expanding our assortment by adding new sizes to our existing styles and can also build columns to your drawings and specifications.
Coregarde-fast cure, polyurethane hard coat is a solvent free, two component polyurethane hard coating. This product has a very short reaction time, once cured, it forms a very smooth plastic film that encapsulates and extends the life of Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) and other foams.
This blanket of protection can be applied anywhere from 60-125 mils, and is an ideal barrier against moisture and product damage. Cured polymer also exhibits flexibilty and it is resistant to impact.
All freestanding columns are bid out of 1.0# EPS Polygarde @60-80 mils with a sand finish texture. All detail(caps and trim) have mileages of 60 mils while column shafts without a base or column bases have a mileage of 80 mils. Column shafts with bases will be sprayed at 60 mils with the base being sprayed at 80 mils. Lettering, logo’s, plaques, other finishes(brick/stone facing, as pictured, and painting are separate entities from the standard pricing and will increase the prices of the freestanding columns listed here.
